I could not complete section 4 of the packaging guide (here: https://packaging.ubuntu.com/html/packaging-new-software.html) without first installing makeinfo. Following the instructions from a vanilla 18.04 Ubuntu server install `$ bzr builddeb -- -nc -us -uc` was failing with: [snip] /home/tyler/build-area/hello-2.10/build-aux/missing: line 81: makeinfo: command not found WARNING: 'makeinfo' is missing on your system.
