At a very high level:
- Get the android x86 sources.
- Obtain all the binary drivers, put them in the tree.
- Apply all the phablet specific commits from the phablet android repos.
- Some ubuntu packages do the Ubuntu Touch dance only when compiled
  for ARM today -> fix.
- Create an ubuntu image with [1] but targetting x86.
