[Ubuntu-phone] Change SMSC on ubuntu-touch

Is it possible to change the SMSC (Short Message Service Centre) in the 
current daylie build of ubuntu-touch? To use the sms-flat in my current 
Plan I have to change the SMSC manually or otherwise every SMS will cost 
something istead of beeing free.
