Hi,

We proceed on our plan schedule, we still have the same crashers, but some progresses. Produced images are:

#211:
* terminal-app update fixing the flaky test on mako, one less on the list!
* some indicator-datetime crash fix for desktop
* a lot of core components coming from the beta unfreeze (apt, gtk, video codecs, packagekit, python2 & python3...)

No regression visible, still the same issues minus the terminal one. Nice with such a big landing!

#212:
* We kicked that one to mostly get the pulseaudio fix, fixing the voice call not working properly after the first call. And Ricardo rocked that one (fix confirmed manually)!
* weather-app flaky tests with latest update is also fixed

Same results than previously (dogfooding included), with those 2 issues to be removed from the list! However, we just saw some crashes not matching the "d8f8" pattern. There is no explanation with the diff that entered into that image and can be a followup of other issues on the image. This one is going to be checked.

#213:
We resumed landings as per the plan discussed in yesterday's email, flushing in small chunks and double checking before releasing. We only take safe changes for now and attributes new silos. With a lot of good changes, we just kicked image #213. This one will contain: * new Unity8 with a workaround for the screen unlock (drop stale mir socket), new preview rating widgets, shell indicator profile override, visual fixes and fix dragging area
* multiple address-book-service and address-book-app fixes
* new unity-mir with performance improvement, better application to pid matching, greeter alpha blending and visible application tracking * download-service fixes to fix clashes when concurrently checking for updates * new scopes API enhancement to not show invisible scopes (not activated yet) * uninstall support for click scope and fix launching apps from after installation preview

In addition to the desktop ones (window-mocker, indicator-keyboard), other landings are migrating as well as we speak and we expect more work coming in image #214.

Supposing that #213 will have the same tests results than #212 and the crashers there are false alarms, the remaining issues on the list will be: 1. Camera freezes after taking photo on Nexus 4 (which is making the camera AP tests failing) (Ricardo/Sergio)
Sergio is working on that one. Ricardo will join force on that one.

2. Clock apps flaky tests (Nicholas + QA team?)
Nicholas is off today and has still 2 bugs on the list (see his answer on the ML yesterday). Mathieu is going to reach the QA guys to help unblocking that one.

3. the Qt 5.0 crasher (but dogfooding is pretty positive this doesn't impact the user, we will have finale confirmation on Monday)

Let's hope that on Monday, we can get a promotable image if 1. and 2. are fixed and 3. is confirmed by the QA dogfooder to be a non issue in real usage.
Last mile to go team!

Cheers,
Didier
