Fix already available in the archive, should be part of 219/220.

I also took the time to fix
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/android/+bug/1286322
(speaker volume not properly set after the first voice call), so we
should be good to promote an image soon.

One thing I noticed is that we also had these crashes with the
previous ofono version, it's just that apport wasn't reporting them
(maybe because they were using python 2?). So we just decided to
revert the revert and include additional changes from awe and xnox to
make sure they don't trigger apport in case of errors (but we might
also want to fix ofono-phonesim-autostart to avoid such errors in the
future).
