QtC/ Tools
* The plugin trunks are migrated to QtC 3.0
* Pass user arguments to cmake running in the chroot [4]
* Forced clean up before cmake
* Include the shlibs info that qtcreator should and make dh_shlibdeps
search plugin directories for deps
* Remove hard-coded qtcreator and libqt dependencies and add
qtdeclarative5-controls-plugin
* New Unity scope template
* Fix ubuntproject loading
* Add TargetSetupPage to application wizard, if a cmake project is created
* Click chroot creation is fixed for pkexec
UI Toolkit
* ComboButton [1]
* Toolbar opt-out [2]
* Tabs selected index moved to model MR [3]
* 'Squares in text where carriage returns' bug is fixed [5]
Critical issues is progress:
* Header issue in Notes app [6] - zsombi - ETA 19.03
* Framework support in QtC [7] - zbenjamin - ETA 20.03
