Hi, is there a proposed way to quickly replace the SIM without having to
restart the phone several (~5?) times? I can change the SIM with the phone
running or turned off but in both cases the mako has difficulties to recognize
the SIM (when no PIN is set) or it "forgets" to ask me for the PIN.
