Hello everyone! I'm back once again - daily e-mails are now resumed! Not much concrete news though as everyone is busy with vivid release related topics. As it was already announced, touch landings continue normally through the overlay PPA, unaffected by the final freeze. The goal is still to stabilize vivid enough so that we can switch our stable base to a 15.04 baseline. We're getting close!
OTA-4 will be based of this new stable baseline. But before that happens we might have a quick-fix OTA to resolve issues that have been reported recently (nothing critical though), but we have no concreet date for this release as for now. More information about that next week. One of those issues is the discovered-today issue with store-upgraded scopes getting un-favorited after upgrade. In vivid touch we also finally dropped the deprecated hud package, freeing up a lot of space in the process. But it seems this change temporarily broke autopilot smoketesting - we'll be looking into that as soon as possible.
