Hi, this seems to be what was already reported in the following bug: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/indicator-sound/+bug/1432689
Sometimes dbus is not ready when the indicator tries to acquire his own dbus name. It's under investigation, but it does not look an easy one to fix.
