After upgrade of unity8 I had to fastboot developer recovery and there to reflash: rc-proposed, added stable overlay ppa (nothing new there), reinstalled libertine, xmir and so in in the newest versions (overlay9). I could keep my home with history, libertine-container and so on.
Now there is the same in the pidgin log but something new in unity8.log: http://paste.ubuntu.com/15510545 Do I really have to make a desktop file by hand? I'll test but there are more errors. What to do now?
