I got this working now just did export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/home/phablet/oc/lib
on the phone - the bin directory was already in the profile and rebooted it works great !! thank you :) i just need to figure out upstart script instead of the dbus cron im using - does the upstart run regular in the background when screen is closed?
