No, I didn't, except UT Tweak Tool. But it was more than month ago, to
tweak some settings. And it was done step by step as on my Meizu MX4.
I fixed the ownership after writing the previous letter. But now some
apps just won't start :D for ex. Terminal and File Manager. Something
fishy is going on... permissions in .config and .local/share are set to
normal now comparing to my MX4 (just to be sure all is normal)

Folder owner of many folder is root, but not for all. Some apps with
root owner just can't launch. Look for ls -l in attachment
this looks like you started some apps as root, which you should
definitely never do ...
on all devices here all folders under ~/.local/share are owned by
phablet.phablet as they need to.
better make sure to fix the ownership of these folders with chown ...
