It was the same thing with OTA-5. However I can send MMS with or without wifi. It is also OK with data. My provider is Sosh by Orange, a french provider. Basic or custom APN, nothing happens. Settings are : APN = orange.acte MMSC = http://mms.orange.fr Proxy = 192.168.10.200 Port = 8080 User = orange Password = orange ~/.cache/upstart/ content attached...
