Hi Istimsak, the 'netboot' series uses tasksel to install a choice of desktops (amongst other options). Do run sudo apt-get update before running tasksel in order to see the full list of Desktops available.
Only lubuntu now supports alternate from the desktop releases. Regards, Phill.
