Yes, I read though the page looking for a link to a bug tracker site and didn't see any. It didn't come to mind that instead of a bug reporting site one would use a program.

There is a link in the side bar titled "Reporting non-crash hardware and desktop application bugs" which may be what you're after? Here's a direct link: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/ReportingBugs#Reporting_non-crash_hardware_and_desktop_application_bugs

Essentially it says "run ubuntu-bug".
