Yeah Belkin that does help and I might be able to help here. But of course first I need to better understand what we are doing. Would there be a chance to have a meeting or two before that date?

Ubuntu Online Submit, once known as virtual Ubuntu Developer Submit
(once was a in real life submit), is a once-every-three-month event
where developers and other community members alike come to plan for the
next three months or cycle, if they want too, and also learn what other
Community Members are doing. It's a combination of vUDS, Ubuntu Open
Week, Ubuntu User Days, and Developer Days.
A track is a 55-minute long splint or chat with a panel where members of
the team can either speak via Google Hangouts or just via IRC while
watching/listening the stream on Hangouts.
Oh, English is required.
I hope that helps.
