This is due to a typo in the script that generates the bacula databases.
This debdiff fixes the issue:

TEST CASE:

1. Enable the hardy-proposed repository.
2. Install bacula
3. Try creating the bacula databases
4. Make sure you dont get the bacula error message as below.

There should not be any regressions from the debdiff
