Public bug reported: Binary package hint: php5
Was doing an upgrade from Ubuntu 7.10 to 8.04 LTS which was initiated through the Update Manager. This all occurred during the end of the upgrade where all of the PHP/PEAR packages I had installed previously & were working fine in 7.10 were all erroring out during the upgrade process. I expected it to upgrade seamlessly. Instead, I´m not sure if I´ll have to install PHP & all of its modules from scratch (just in case something got hosed in the process which I´ll spend a gajillion hours trying to troubleshoot).
