Seems to actually be a problem with iscsitarget. There is a sysctl.d file installed with an entry
net.ipv4.tcp_mem=1048576 this entry causes sysctl to error. Commenting out the line allows procps to upgrade successfully. ** Package changed: procps (Ubuntu) => iscsitarget (Ubuntu) -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Server Team, which is subscribed to iscsitarget in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1245463 Title: Procps fails to upgrade with an error on start To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/iscsitarget/+bug/1245463/+subscriptions -- Ubuntu-server-bugs mailing list Ubuntu-server-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com Modify settings or unsubscribe at: https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-server-bugs
