Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better.

You said that this is on a fresh Ubuntu install, which is promising
since it suggests that it should be easier than normal to reproduce.
However, I was unable to reproduce this bug on a fresh Saucy i386 cloud
instance by just installing php5-readline.

I can't figure out what is going on without steps to reproduce, so I'm
marking this bug as Incomplete. Please could you see if you can figure
out the exact steps needed to make this bug recur? Once done, please
change the bug status back to New. Thanks!
