Public bug reported: On Ubuntu 14.04.2 LTS, using spamassassin 3.4.0-1ubuntu2.
If the _DATE_ Template Tag is used in a header or report, it returns an incorrect date (usually well in the past). Obviously not critical, but having this date greatly simplifies finding the log entries for a particular piece of email. It cculd also be confusing to users who look at full headers.
