Public bug reported:

It's hard enough to configure `postfix`, so adding default configuration
files with default names for `transport_maps`
(`/etc/postfix/transport`), `smtp_tls_policy_maps`
(`/etc/postfix/tls_policy`), etc. with the hint that `postmap
/path/to/file` and `postfix reload` must be invoked after changing the
file should be provided.
