Public bug reported:

If one enters `sudo iostat 0 2` which doesn't make any sense the
displayed usage message

    Usage: iostat [ options ] [ <interval> [ <count> ] ]
    Options are:
    [ -c ] [ -d ] [ -h ] [ -k | -m ] [ -N ] [ -t ] [ -V ] [ -x ] [ -y ] [ -z ]
    [ -j { ID | LABEL | PATH | UUID | ... } ]
    [ [ -T ] -g <group_name> ] [ -p [ <device> [,...] | ALL ] ]
    [ <device> [...] | ALL ]

doesn't mention the constraint that interval has to be > 0 which is
pretty clear, but `<interval > 0>` instead of `<interval>` provides a
faster clue what's wrong.
