Yes. I got it was testing from David's answer from AMI. He said "We are
currently resolving some hpm inband update issues on the firmware side,
so the failure could potentially be due to the firmware and not the
ipmitool application.  We are planning for a release this week that
would resolve the hpm issues on the firmware and then this could be
retested."

So, I am wondering if this is a software or a firmware issue.
