Hello Fernando, or anyone else affected, Accepted netcf into vivid-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/netcf/1:0.2.6-1ubuntu0.15.04.1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
