Hello Mehdi, or anyone else affected, Accepted python-oslo.messaging into wily-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source /python-oslo.messaging/2.5.0-1ubuntu2 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
