This was the failure:

That indicates another service was already listening on port 80. I see
you have docker containers on this machine too, could it be that one or
more of those were also listening on the same port?
You also have an attachment that shows that nginx is running just fine,
is it ok now?
Can you try:
sudo systemctl nginx.service
sudo apt update
sudo apt -f install
** Changed in: nginx (Ubuntu)
Status: New => Incomplete
