This is because the "zenmap as root" menu entry uses su-to-root. su-to-
root is in the "menu" package which we don't use in Ubuntu by default.
As a workaround, you can install the "menu" package and it should work.

For Lucid, we should replace the call to su-to-root in zenmap-
root.desktop with calls to gksudo or gksu or whatever the desktop team
prefers nowadays.
