Public bug reported:

With respect to /etc/init/eucalyptus-cc-publication-ip.conf is it entirely
necessary to withdraw the hostname.local mDNS entry when eucalyptus-cc is
stopped?
I note that the CC is announced separately at a service level, so I suspect
there is no harm in continuing to announce the presence of the hostname.

(I only noticed this because I have a machine under my TV that I use for
occasional eucalyptus testing and I couldn't ssh to it via its usual
.local address)

** Affects: eucalyptus (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
