It looks like you've lost the clamav user. That's quite odd. Any idea
how your clamav user got deleted? Did you install clamav from source,
ppa, other distrib, ... ?

To workaround this situation, open a terminal and run :
sudo adduser --system --no-create-home --disabled-password --disabled-login 
--shell /bin/false --group --home /var/lib/clamav clamav

And then:
sudo apt-get -f install
