The mysql error is likely due to a corrupted installation following the crash 
then. The easiest way to fix it is probably to completely uninstall mysql 
including the datafiles the reinstall it. The zabbix is just a side effect of 
the mysql failure I'm reaffecting the report.
Please set the status to 'Invalid' of it's not an issue anymore. Thanks in 
advance.
