Yes, you can delete the symlinks in /etc/rc?.d and it should still work. As far as I can see, those symlinks should have been deleted during upgrade, but apparently this is missing.
You can also remove /etc/init.d/munin-node - but this is probably left there for compatibility (for when somebody still uses "invoke-rc.d"). ** Changed in: munin (Ubuntu) Status: New => Triaged ** Changed in: munin (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided => Medium ** Changed in: munin (Ubuntu) Assignee: (unassigned) => Chuck Short (zulcss) -- munin-node after update to Lucid still in /etc/rc*.d, invoked twice https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/574704 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Server Team, which is subscribed to munin in ubuntu. -- Ubuntu-server-bugs mailing list Ubuntu-server-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com Modify settings or unsubscribe at: https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-server-bugs
