@Mark, This is something that has been traditionally maintained mostly in Debian. Debian are in their Freeze, and we are very close to ours. Whilst I haven't contacted the Debian Maintainer, I would be quite surprised if they were planning on uploading to sid/experimental this new upstream version. I would imagine that, if they were planning to upload to Debian soon (and we then sync or merge), it would be to Debian experimental. This would likely mean that we would be in a difficult position of taking on additional burden of maintaining it solely within Ubuntu for some time.
I would personally recommend waiting out for 11.04 release, and a potential backport to a stable release. -- Realease package backuppc 3.2.0 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/616310 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Server Team, which is subscribed to backuppc in ubuntu. -- Ubuntu-server-bugs mailing list Ubuntu-server-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com Modify settings or unsubscribe at: https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-server-bugs
