Public bug reported: Binary package hint: cloud-init
During natty testing for alpha-3 I realized that cloud-init was not catching the exception raised on failed 'apt-get upgrade' inside the cc_apt_update_upgrade . As a result, any failure (missing ppa, or other les simportant) would result in packages not appempting to be installed as the user wished ('packages' setting). I'm not certain that this should be just a warning, but it caused issues in testing.
