Forgot to mention in mu case I have the following flags

root@ubuntu:~# kvm-ok
INFO: Your CPU supports KVM extensions
INFO: /dev/kvm exists
KVM acceleration can be used


So I do not see why I still see that error ! Here's the related bug: 
https://bugs.launchpad.net/nova/+bug/702741 which was fixed but I do know if 
has been fixed in Ubuntu server - 10.10 ! That is what I am using !
