Thanks for taking the time to submit this bug and helping to make Ubuntu
better.

It looks like the ssh package file is corrupt.  Could you show the
result of

        df -h

to check for a full disk?  If disks are not full, then you can force the
file to be re-fetched (hopefully correctly) by doing

        sudo rm /var/cache/apt/archives/openssh*

and then re-trying the update.
