i've just tested it and it's working on a ubuntu natty installation. Qxl driver works and sound too.
Now when i tried to add the virtio-serial from virt-manager, i couldn't. So I compiled the latest 0.8.7 version with virtinst 0.500.6, but when i tried to add the spicevmc it complains with an error from libvirt. So I searched and looks like it needs the libvirt 0.9.0 released april 4th. That's where i stopped. So for this bug, here's a positive test. I guess the libvirt issue would be in another bug entry.
