Hi Zburatorul, thanks very much for the bug report! So that we can more easily reproduce the problem, Can you please provide the output of
sudo debconf-get-selections | grep krb5-config Please carefully obfuscate any sensitive data that you do not want in a public bug report. I tried to reproduce this in oneiric (the latest dev release) and hardy (the oldest supported release not counting dapper which is almost EOL). I was able to use upper and lower case combined to specify the domain, and it worked as I would expect, respecting my exact wishes and consistently putting the same thing in the default_realm and the real defaults section. Marking Incomplete pending response. ** Changed in: krb5 (Ubuntu) Status: New => Incomplete -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Server Team, which is subscribed to krb5 in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/769191 Title: Incorrect configuration at installation -- Ubuntu-server-bugs mailing list Ubuntu-server-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com Modify settings or unsubscribe at: https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-server-bugs
