Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better.

It looks like one of the configuration files associated with the tomcat6
installation has been removed; as  result the post-installation
maintenance script is unable to complete successfully.

You can either restore this file (if you have a copy of the original)
and then run:

  sudo apt-get -f install

in a terminal or you can purge the tomcat6 package and re-install by
running the following commands:

  sudo apt-get purge tomcat6
  sudo apt-get install tomcat6

Hopefully this should resolve your issue; please mark the bug report as
'Invalid' if it does.
