** Changed in: cobbler (Ubuntu)
   Importance: Undecided => Low

** Description changed:

  After registering a bunch of systems into cobbler, dnsmasq gives out the
  correct IP, however, the hostname is not resolvable by its FQDN, only
  its hostname.

  adding a parameter such as:

  domain=canonical.com

  to /etc/cobbler/dnsmasq.template fixes this

  Dunno if this is expected behavior or if there should be a debconf
  question for this, as ensemble relies on a resolvable system name (from
  the cobbler point of view)
+
+ ============================
+
+ Additionally, cobbler should probably include in the dnsmasq.template a
+ field for the domain, but should be commented by default.
+
+ #domain=
