Public bug reported: When booting Oneiric images with the commandline paramater "ubuntu- pass=ubuntu ds=nocloud", cloud-init does not set the users password.
Also, cloud-init should have an option for unlocking the ubuntu-user to enable use of console/KVM user of the images.
