Public bug reported: I have a ssh server running at the odd port of 445. When I try to connect to it from 64 bit ubuntu or debian clients, the client has no communication with the server at all. A 32 bit client succeeds at communicating. Here are the verbose connection details from my 64 bit Ubuntu laptop:

I received a request timeout from 8 different 64 bit clients, at 7 different locations, and the 3 32 bit machines I have were all able to communicate with the SSH server.
