@Mitch, or Garrett Do you have a thoughts on this? I certainly dont see anything in current euca2ools that would take an address for euca-allocate-address. A quick look doesn't show back at even euca2ools 1.3.1 didn't show anything like this. It seems to me that the docs.openstack.org link above is just plain wrong. but maybe i'm missing something. http://docs.amazonwebservices.com/AWSEC2/latest/APIReference/ApiReference-query-AllocateAddress.html doesn't show anything of the sort.
