Hi rahul. Can you make sure your hostname is resolvable?

try

ping `hostname`

RabbitMQ will refuse to start up if your hostname is not resolvable.
>From your error message, it looks like your hostname is 'openstack-Chef-
Server'. Newer versions of rabbitmq handle this a bit more gracefully
btw.
