Thanks for taking the time to report this bug.

I would recommend for the time being that you delete the example
dc=nodomain - this is a legacy from older releases which provided an
example set of data.

You should then be able to upgrade openldap.

Marking importance as 'Low' for the time being as this is the first we
have seen during precise.
