Hi!
Looks like libapache2-mod-php5 was looking for input from you in the
terminal and that didn't happen, I don't think this is a bug and I'm
unable to reproduce myself.
>From your own logs:
2012-05-20 21:29:13,718 DEBUG got a conffile-prompt from dpkg for file:
'/etc/apache2/apache2.conf'
2012-05-20 21:34:09,950 WARNING no activity on terminal for 240 seconds
