Looks like you might have a general issue with the configuration of your
system:
debconf: DbDriver "config": could not open /var/cache/debconf/config.dat
Please could run the following commands:
sudo ls -l /var/cache/debconf
sudo apt-get -f install
and attach the output to this bug report.
