** Description changed:

+ =================================
+ SRU Justification:
+ 1. Impact: libvirt cannot start VMs immediately after qemu-kvm install.
+ 2. Development fix: remove the acl which is preventing libvirt-qemu from
opening /dev/kvm.
+ 3. Stable fix: same as development fix
+ 4. Test case:
+       sudo apt-get purge qemu-kvm || true
+ sudo modprobe kvm_intel (or kvm_amd depending on the machine)
+       sudo apt-get install qemu-kvm
+       getfacl /dev/kvm | grep 'group::---'
+ # this should show nothing if the bug is fixed
+ 5. Regression potential: there should be none as we are simply removing a bad
+ acl from the /dev/kvm device.
