I'm not the reporter but I am a daily user of DRBD on precise.

If someone is running the old kernel then they should use the matching older 
version of drbd8-utils.
So if the module in the kernel is 8.3.11 then the tools should be also or if 
the module is 8.3.13 then the tools should be 8.3.13 also.

I'm a total newbie about packaging but is there a way to make it so
drbd8-utils version 8.3.11 is required to be upgraded if you go to
kernel >= 3.5 and drbd is installed? And if you install/downgrade to
kernel < 3.5 drbd8-utils must be downgraded to 8.3.11 at the same time
if installed - through dependencies or something?
