Hello James, or anyone else affected, Accepted openvswitch-lts-raring into precise-proposed. The package will build now and be available at http://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source /openvswitch-lts-raring/1.9.0-0ubuntu1~ubuntu12.04.1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
